Instructions
Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
In a mixing bowl, combine buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
Cut the chicken breasts into strips or bite-sized pieces.
Add chicken pieces to the buffalo sauce mixture and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove chicken from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes.
Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or green onions if desired.
Notes
For a spicy kick, marinate the chicken overnight. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
