Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 pound Pizza Dough Store-bought or homemade.

Sauce

  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce Choose your favorite sauce.

Cheese

  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Can mix with other cheeses.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Favorite Toppings Pre-cooked or small enough to heat through.

Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For brushing on roll-ups.

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your workspace and dust with flour.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving an inch around the edges.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add your selected toppings evenly over the cheese.
  • Roll the dough tightly from one edge to the other.
  • Pinch the ends to seal and place seam-side down on a cutting board.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brush the tops of the roll-ups with olive oil.
  • Place roll-ups in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, checking halfway through.
  • Remove from air fryer when golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
