Instructions

In a separate bowl, beat 2 large eggs and pour into the cottage cheese mixture, stirring continuously.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and any additional spices.
Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and edges are bubbling.
Let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
