Instructions
Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly under cold water.
Slice the cucumbers thinly, about 1/8 inch thick, and place them in a large bowl.

Add a pinch of chili flakes to the dressing and whisk to incorporate.
Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently to coat.
