Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with oil. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  • Flip shrimp and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from skillet.
  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
  • Return shrimp to the skillet and pour the bang bang sauce over them, tossing to coat.
  • Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  • Assemble tacos by placing shrimp in tortillas and topping with cabbage and cilantro.
  • Serve immediately with extra lime wedges if desired.
