Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Turn the chicken pieces over and cook for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
  • Lower the heat to medium and add minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in soy sauce and brown sugar, stirring well to combine.
  • Let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
  • Serve over steamed rice or with your favorite side dish.
