Dressing

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Base for the dressing.

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

  • Add sunflower seeds and dried cranberries to the vegetable mixture.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey until well combined.
  • Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and gently toss to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, then toss again.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
