Ingredients
  

Chicken Breast

  • 1.5 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Ideal for grilling, tender and juicy.

Cheese

  • 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Soft texture and mild flavor.

Tomatoes

  • 3 medium Ripe Tomatoes Preferably heirloom or vine-ripened.

Herbs

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves Aromatic and complements the dish.

Condiments

  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze Adds a sweet and tangy finish.
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Enhances flavor and texture.

Seasonings

  • 1 pinch Salt To taste.
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper Freshly cracked, to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • While the chicken is cooking, wash and slice the tomatoes into thick rounds.
  • Slice the fresh mozzarella into rounds approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Assemble the salad by layering sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, and grilled chicken on a serving platter.
  • Sprinkle torn basil leaves over the top.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil, then season with additional salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the vibrant flavors.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep components separate for best freshness.
