Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Stir until well mixed.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture, reserving a small handful for topping later.
If using vegetables, fold them into the chicken mixture.
Season the mixture with garlic powder and onion powder, mixing thoroughly.
Open the cans of crescent roll dough and unroll the dough onto a clean surface.
In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the crescent rolls on the bottom of the dish.
Pour the chicken and creamy mixture evenly over the crescent roll layer.
Layer the remaining crescent roll triangles over the top of the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle the reserved cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can also be frozen for future meals.
