Instructions
Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature.
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and crumbled feta cheese until smooth.
Add finely chopped dried cranberries to the cheese mixture and fold gently.
If using, add finely chopped fresh herbs and stir until evenly incorporated.
Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board and spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture in the center.
Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, pressing gently as you roll.
Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down and repeat with remaining tortillas.
Slice each roll into pinwheels about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with additional cranberries or herbs if desired.
