  • 4 large Tortillas Flour or whole wheat, soft and pliable.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs Optional, finely chopped (e.g., parsley or basil).

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop. Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and crumbled feta cheese until smooth.
  • Add finely chopped dried cranberries to the cheese mixture and fold gently.
  • If using, add finely chopped fresh herbs and stir until evenly incorporated.
  • Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board and spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture in the center.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, pressing gently as you roll.
  • Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down and repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Slice each roll into pinwheels about 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
  • Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with additional cranberries or herbs if desired.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
