Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into even strips.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cut potatoes with olive oil and toss until evenly coated.
  • Add minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and toss again.
  • Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • When golden brown, remove from oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the fries.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes to melt the cheese.
