Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chipotle peppers, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Stir well until all ingredients are fully integrated into a smooth mixture.
Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the chicken on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side without moving it.
Flip the chicken over and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for an additional 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Slice the chicken against the grain into strips and serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime juice.
