  • 2-3 tablespoons Chopped Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce Adjust based on heat preference.
  • 3-4 cloves Minced Garlic Finely minced for even distribution.
  • 1-2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice Adds brightness and acidity.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For marinating the chicken.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped chipotle peppers, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Stir well until all ingredients are fully integrated into a smooth mixture.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the chicken on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side without moving it.
  • Flip the chicken over and reduce the heat to medium. Cook for an additional 6-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • Slice the chicken against the grain into strips and serve warm, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime juice.
