Gravy Base

cream of chicken soup

Instructions
Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray.
Lay the chicken breasts evenly on the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and chicken broth. Stir until well mixed.
Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it reaches at least 165°F.
Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and mix it into the gravy.
Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Consider adding vegetables like carrots or potatoes for a complete meal. You can also use turkey or a whole chicken.
