Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts About 1.5 to 2 pounds total.

Gravy Base

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounces.
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix 1 ounce.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Garnish

  • to taste fresh parsley Optional for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Lay the chicken breasts evenly on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and chicken broth. Stir until well mixed.
  • Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Check the internal temperature of the chicken to ensure it reaches at least 165°F.
  • Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and mix it into the gravy.
  • Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Consider adding vegetables like carrots or potatoes for a complete meal. You can also use turkey or a whole chicken.
