Instructions
Chop the onion and celery finely to ensure they cook evenly.
In a mixing bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the chopped onion and celery. Stir well.
Pour in the chicken broth and melted butter. Mix until the stuffing is well moistened.
Spray the inside of the slow cooker with cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom in a single layer.
Sprinkle garlic powder, dried thyme, and black pepper over the chicken breasts.
Spoon the prepared stuffing mixture over the chicken breasts evenly.
Cover the slow cooker and set it to low heat. Cook for 4 to 6 hours.
Check the chicken's internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (75°C).
Transfer the chicken to a serving platter and fluff the stuffing with a fork.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
