  • Chop the onion, bell peppers, and potatoes into uniform pieces. Mince the garlic and set aside.

  • Drain excess fat from the cooked beef and transfer it to the slow cooker.
  • Add the chopped onion, bell peppers, and potatoes to the slow cooker with the beef. Stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle in the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and any additional spices. Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour in the beef broth, ensuring all ingredients are submerged.
  • Set the slow cooker to low and cover. Cook for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
