Instructions
 

  • Prepare your slow cooker by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Spread half of the marinara sauce evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the marinara sauce.
  • Spoon half of the ricotta cheese over the ravioli and spread it out.
  • Sprinkle about a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the ricotta layer.
  • Sprinkle half of the grated Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella.
  • Sprinkle one teaspoon of Italian seasoning over the cheese layers.
  • Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients, finishing with marinara sauce on top.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Allow the lasagna to sit for 15 minutes before serving.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.

Notes

This dish can be customized with vegetables or proteins, and it freezes well for later use.
