Instructions
Gather all your ingredients on a clean work surface.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, and chopped onion.
Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into oval patties, about ¾ inch thick.
In a skillet, heat oil and brown the patties on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
Transfer the browned patties to the slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and flour until smooth.
Pour the broth mixture over the patties in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Check gravy consistency and thicken if necessary before serving.
Serve the patties with gravy over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles, garnished with parsley.
