Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey or chicken until no longer pink, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Transfer the cooked meat to the slow cooker. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the mixture and pour in salsa and black beans. Stir until well combined.
Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring halfway through.
Once bubbly and hot, turn off the slow cooker and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
