Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if serving warm.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to incorporate.
Prepare the spinach by washing and chopping it finely. Optionally sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
Fold the spinach into the cream mixture and add chopped green onions.
If using, mix in shredded cheese, reserving some for topping.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spread evenly, and top with reserved cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
For a cold version, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
