  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened at room temperature.
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Full-fat or low-fat options available.
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise Use good quality mayonnaise.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper Add more if desired.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese Mozzarella or cheddar recommended.
  • 2 pieces Green Onions Finely chopped.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if serving warm.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to incorporate.
  • Prepare the spinach by washing and chopping it finely. Optionally sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  • Fold the spinach into the cream mixture and add chopped green onions.
  • If using, mix in shredded cheese, reserving some for topping.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spread evenly, and top with reserved cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • For a cold version, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve warm or cold with dippers like sliced baguette, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
