  • 1 loaf Baguette or Italian Bread 12-14 inches long, fresh
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic Finely minced
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter 1 stick, melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, being careful not to brown it.
  • Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and mix in the chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
  • Slice the baguette or Italian bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread.
  • Layer the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheeses on top of the buttered bread.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving warm.

Notes

For variations, consider adding toppings like olives or sun-dried tomatoes, or try different cheeses for unique flavors.
