Instructions
Cut the challah bread into 1-inch cubes and set aside in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla until well combined.
Pour the egg mixture over the cubed bread and gently fold to coat. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
Grease the slow cooker with melted butter, then transfer the bread mixture into the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, until the center is set and edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. Drizzle with maple syrup and top with fresh fruits.
