  • 2 pounds Kielbasa Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar For the sweet glaze.
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce Your favorite variety.
  • 1/4 cup Honey Enhances sweetness and glaze texture.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For savory flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Adds depth to the flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper For a touch of heat.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional for added heat.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients and prepare a clean workspace.
  • Cut kielbasa into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch thick.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, barbecue sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until blended.
  • Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place kielbasa in the slow cooker and pour the glaze over it. Toss to coat.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  • Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking and coating.
  • Check for doneness; kielbasa should be heated through and tender.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes before serving to allow glaze to set.
  • Serve warm, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
