Instructions
Gather all ingredients and prepare a clean workspace.
Cut kielbasa into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch thick.
In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, barbecue sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until blended.
Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
Place kielbasa in the slow cooker and pour the glaze over it. Toss to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking and coating.
Check for doneness; kielbasa should be heated through and tender.
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving to allow glaze to set.
Serve warm, garnished with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
