Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti with olive oil, eggs, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Grease a 9-inch pie dish. Press the spaghetti mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Pour the meat and cheese mixture into the spaghetti crust, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley or basil.
