Ingredients
  

Noodles

  • 8 ounces Spaghetti or Noodles of your choice Cooked al dente.

Garlic

  • 6-8 cloves Minced Garlic Infuses the dish with robust flavor.

Spices

  • 1-2 teaspoons Red Chili Flakes Adjust based on spice tolerance.

Sauces

  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce Use low-sodium if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil Adds nutty aroma and flavor.

Garnishes

  • 2-3 stalks Chopped Green Onions For garnishing.
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil For sautéing garlic.
  • 1 pinch Salt To enhance flavors.
  • 1 handful Chopped Fresh Cilantro Optional for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • 1. Boil a large pot of water with a pinch of salt. Add 8 ounces of spaghetti or noodles and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • 2. Mince 6 to 8 cloves of garlic and prepare the other ingredients.
  • 3. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and rinse the noodles under cold water.
  • 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • 5. Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of red chili flakes and stir to combine.
  • 6. Add the drained noodles to the skillet and toss with the garlic and chili mixture.
  • 7. Drizzle in 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, tossing to coat the noodles.
  • 8. Remove from heat and add chopped green onions, tossing again.
  • 9. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat gently.
