Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently and shape into 4 patties.

  • Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on one side without flipping to create a crust.
  • Flip the burgers and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Add cheese in the last minute and cover to melt.
  • Toast the buns until golden brown.
