  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds a savory note.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder For a hint of sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Imparts rich umami flavor.
  • 4 slices Cheese (optional) Choose your favorite type.
  • 4 Burger Buns Select soft, fresh buns.

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until combined.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty, slightly larger than the buns, with a small indentation in the center.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • If using cheese, add a slice to each patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  • Toast the burger buns in the air fryer for about 2 minutes if desired.
  • Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding your preferred toppings.
  • Serve immediately while hot and juicy.
