Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until combined.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty, slightly larger than the buns, with a small indentation in the center.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
If using cheese, add a slice to each patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Toast the burger buns in the air fryer for about 2 minutes if desired.
Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding your preferred toppings.
Serve immediately while hot and juicy.
