Cheese

Mixed Shredded Cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, Gruyère)

Fresh Tomatoes

Sliced evenly.

Instructions
Gather all ingredients and prepare your workspace.
Spread butter on one side of the first slice of bread.
Place the buttered side down on a preheated skillet over medium heat.
Add a layer of mixed cheeses on top of the bread.
Add sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Butter one side of the second slice of bread and place it buttered-side up on top of the tomatoes.
Flip the sandwich carefully and cook until the bottom is golden.
Add more cheese and another layer of tomatoes, then repeat the process with the third slice of bread.
Cook until the top slice is golden and the cheese is melted.
Let the sandwich rest for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
For variations, consider adding caramelized onions, different cheeses, or fresh herbs.
