Potatoes
- 2 large Russet Potatoes Peeled and cut into even strips.
Oil
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin for best flavor.
Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder For garlic flavor.
- 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese Freshly grated.
- 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground.
Garnish
- 1 tablespoon Parsley Chopped, for garnish.
Instructions
- Wash and peel the Russet potatoes, then slice them into even strips, approximately ¼ inch thick.
- Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dried potato strips with olive oil and toss to coat.
- Add garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and toss again until evenly coated.
