Crispy Air Fryer Pickle Egg Rolls

- 10-12 pieces Egg Roll Wrappers Thin sheets of dough for forming the egg rolls.
- 1 cup Chopped Pickles Choose dill or sweet pickles based on preference.
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese Softened to add creaminess to the filling.
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese Mozzarella or cheddar works well.
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adds aromatic flavor to the filling.
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Enhances the flavor of the filling.
- 1 pinch Black Pepper For a hint of spice.
- as needed spray Cooking Spray To achieve a crispy finish.
- optional Dipping Sauce Ranch or spicy mayo recommended.
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace and gather all ingredients for assembly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pickles, softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Lay one egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape with a corner facing you. Add about 2 tablespoons of filling to the center.
- Fold the corner closest to you over the filling, then fold the side corners inward and roll away from you. Seal with a little water.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray on all sides.
- Place egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crispiness.
