Ingredients
Salmon Ingredients
- 1 pound Salmon fillets, skinless Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin for best flavor.
- 4 cloves Garlic Minced finely.
- 1 cup Heavy cream For the creamy sauce.
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed.
- Salt To taste.
- Black pepper Freshly cracked, to taste.
- 2 tablespoons Parsley Chopped, for garnish.
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Cut salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Place salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- While salmon cooks, prepare the creamy garlic sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add heavy cream and warm without boiling, then stir in minced garlic.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Once salmon is cooked, drizzle creamy garlic sauce over the bites and garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the olive oil. Serve with a fresh salad or over grains for a complete meal.
