Ingredients
Shrimp
- 1 pound Large shrimp (21-25 count) Fresh or frozen, thawed and patted dry.
Oil
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil Extra virgin for best flavor.
Spices
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked or sweet.
- 0.5 lemon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed.
Seasoning
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 dash Black pepper
Garnish
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped, for garnish.
Instructions
- Thaw shrimp if frozen, then pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until blended.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and coat thoroughly. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
